Please give me some input

 Dear Reader,

I have been blogging on and off for years now. My first blog began as I was going through some very difficult changes in my life. I felt lost and uncertain, wandering in what seemed like a vast wilderness. I didn't know where I was headed the road was fraught with danger. I also know that in Scripture, the Wilderness is the place where one encounters God.

I began my journey of coming out and leaving my marriage and career. I began blog, not only to help me see through the wilderness, but to share with others so that they might gain some insight through my process. The time came when it seemed that I no longer needed to blog about the wilderness. Not that life was perfect, but my journey had changed. That is when I changed the focus to Improv Spirituality.

I had studied Improv for years and was part of an Improv community in Denver that loved and supported me. I also began learning more about the discipline of Applied Improvisation. AP draws lessons from Improv and utilizes them for non-theatrical or non-performance applications. I knew several improvisers that worked the clubs on weekends but spent most of their time and energy working with corporations. That is when I got the idea of using Applied Improvisation in Church. I've led vestry workshops and church retreats.  I've led a clergy cohort where I taught clergy the skills needed to be agile and to think of their feet.

For the past few years my blog has focused on the personal, spiritual aspect of improvisation. My basis is in The Episcopal Church and Christian faith, but I've also explored Buddhism and Hinduism and how they connect to the tenets of improv. I feel like I have more to say and share, but I'm in a quandary as to the next step. This is where I need your help. I'm asking for what you want to hear about. What is troubling you and how best to help you think through your issues.

I'm not only seeking topic ideas, but I need help on how best to get my thoughts to the most people. I wonder, do people even read blogs anymore? Everything now is on Instagram or TikTok, so I've been thinking about how to translate my written blog to streaming content. The thought of learning TikTok is a bit scary, but I've been through a lot scarier.

And here's my Big Hairy Audacious Goal (BHAG). I'm thinking about writing a book. To do that, I need your help. What do you want to see in print? What would be interesting enough for you to purchase? Leave comments, give me your ideas, and if you know me, reach out personally and let's chat.

It would also be helpful if you could share this. I need all the input I can get.

Blessings!
